Orders will be sent by courier or Australia Parcel Post.
- If all items of your order are in stock then they will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Otherwise delivery of your order will take between 5-7 business days.
Any items that remain unclaimed at the destination suburb post office, due to the buyer not present when the delivery was made, and which are subsquently returned to Lily Fontana Makeup & Skincare Workshops, will incur an additional $15.00 AUD to resend.
Lily Fontana Makeup & Skincare Workshops accepts no further responsibility for items marked as "Delivered" by Australia Post or our courier's online tracking system, unless these products are found to be faulty in which case faulty items are to be notified within 14 days (see Returns).
- Should your items not arrive with in 48 hours of final confirmation email please contact us as soon as possible.
- Australia Post will be contacted to verify the whereabouts of the parcel. If the parcel status is 'Delivered' though you have not recieved the parcel Lily Fontana Makeup & Skincare Workshops will launch an offical investigation through AustraliaPost to find your parcel. We will be able to resend your products free of charge once this is closed.

- Please note: All deliveries will be left with out signature at your risk. If you feel your parcel can not be left safely please let us know in the comment section upon check out.
