IP addresses are collected by Lily Fontana Makeup & Skincare Workshops’s use of Google Analytics on our site. We use Google analytics to better improve our Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategy. Your IP Address is never used directly by Lily Fontana Makeup & Skincare Workshops nor is it stored in our database.

Product Purchases

For product purchases we require the following personal data about you:

• Postal Address
• Contact Phone Number
• Email Address

We need this information to correctly post your goods to you once they have been paid for. Your email address is used for any correspondence that may be necessary during the order process such as sending order receipts, notice of dispatch of goods, or to notify you if there are any delays to your order.

This information is for the sole purpose of Lily Fontana Makeup & Skincare Workshops and is not shared with any third party or supplier of goods to Lily Fontana Makeup & Skincare Workshops

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Credit Card Information

As we use Stripe for our payment gateway the collection of credit card details are captured on Stripe's own website. Our site redirects to Stripe during the payment capture step of your shopping experience. Lily Fontana Makeup & Skincare Workshops never has access to your credit card details.

Treatment Requests

For treatment requests we require the following personal data about you:

• Contact Phone Number
• Email Address

This information will only be used to confirm your treatment date and time and for any correspondence required in relation to your proposed treatment.

Our contact page will collect the following personal data about you:

• Contact Phone Number
• Email Address

This will only be used to get in contact with you in response to questions you may have about the salon or the products and treatments we provide.

Any personal information used by Lily Fontana Makeup & Skincare Workshops will be captured on  pages that are served via SSL (Secure Socket layer). Your sensitive data will be encrypted before it is sent to the server.  This is true also for credit card details captured by our Stripe payment process.

Email of promotions or special offers.

If you have ordered products with our site and we have obtained your email address then from time to time you may be emailed information regarding product promotions or special offers.

You may at any time request to be taken off our mailing list for such correspondence.
